Service Description

Open ended play with opportunities to create, investigate and connect with one another in our beautiful environment inspired by community building, diversity and discovery. NOW DROP IN ONLY! (Members may use the chat feature to reserve a spot.) Open Play Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00am-11:30am 3rd Thursday of each month includes Mr.Hoo Concert @10am Please Note the Following: -Payment is required for all children participating. Infants 9+ months need a ticket. Infants younger than 9 months need a ticket if they will play with/mouth materials. Infants under 9 months in arms/being held/not playing are free with a paying child. Up to 2 adults are free per reservation. -Show up and leave any time during the open play window! You do not have to arrive right at the start time. - Our space is designed for children ages 0-6, older children are welcome as long as they can be mindful of younger children. -PILEA is a shoes-free space and socks are strongly encouraged. For younger children, you may want grippy socks. -Please leave your stroller at home or in your car as we do not have space for them. -Our entrance is up one steep flight of stairs. -Snacks/Beverages are available for purchase (ALL NUT FREE). -Low mess/NUT FREE snacks from home and beverages ARE permitted in spill proof cups and bottles.

Cancellation Policy

For Birthday Party rentals, we can offer a full refund (minus our transaction fee 2.9%+$0.30) up to 4 weeks before your reservation. We can offer 50% refund up to 3 weeks before your reservation and 25% up to 2 weeks before your reservation. If your reservation is within 14 days and you need to cancel, we may be able to move your reservation to another day. For any cancellations or rescheduling, please email us at info@pileaplay.com
