Service Description

Open ended play with opportunities to create, investigate and connect with one another in our beautiful environment inspired by community building, diversity and discovery. Reserve a spot online when you book before the session starts, or drop in/pay at the door during any session (our system will not allow you to book online after the session has started. However we would still love to have you drop in!) Open Play Schedule Monday-Thursday 9AM-1PM (Thursday Includes Mr.Hoo Concert @ 10:30) Fridays 9-12 First Friday of each month 4-6PM (Pizza Dinner Available for $6 per person) Please Note the Following: -Payment is required for all children participating. Infants 9+ months need a ticket. Infants younger than 9 months need a ticket if they will play with/mouth materials. Infants under 9 months in arms/being held/not playing are free with a paying child. Up to 2 adults are free per reservation. -Show up any time during the open play window! You do not have to arrive right at the start time. -Masks are currently optional. - Our space is designed for children ages 0-6, older children are welcome as long as they can be mindful of younger children. -PILEA is a shoes-free space and socks are strongly encouraged. For younger children, you may want grippy socks. -Please leave your stroller at home or in your car as we do not have space for them. -Our entrance is up one steep flight of stairs. -No outside food is allowed. Snacks/Beverages are available for purchase (ALL NUT FREE). -Beverages ARE permitted in spill proof cups and bottles.

Cancelation Policy

For Open Plays, we are happy to refund 100% w/24 hours notice. Under 24 hours notice, we may be able to transfer your reservation to another day. For Private rentals, we can offer a full refund (minus our transaction fee 2.9%+$0.30) up to 3 weeks before your reservation. We can offer 50% refund up to 2 weeks before your reservation and 25% up to 1 week before your reservation. If your reservation is within 7 days and you need to cancel, we may be able to move your reservation to another day.
