Service Description

Open ended play with opportunities to create, investigate and connect with one another in our beautiful environment inspired by connection with materials and each other. To book a birthday party, check our availability and book online. If you don't see the day/time you are hoping for, feel free to send us an email at info@pileaplay.com. The packages below are for your convenience. We can create custom packages as well if you don't see what you are looking for. PILEA Party $275  INCLUDES private use of the entire space for a 90 minute party, up to 10 children, 35 guests total. (You may add extra children/time if you desire). Do it for Us PILEA Party $350 Adds plates/cups/utensils, 10 mini cupcakes from Sarah Bellum's, and 10 helium filled balloons from Village Cheer. We Want It All PILEA Party $425 Adds 10 play passes, a choice of a healthy snack & beverage, & birthday candle.  Things to note about our rentals: *You may arrive 15 minutes before your rental time and have a grace period of 10 minutes after your rental time to pack up and depart the space. *You may bring in outside food/cupcakes (must be nut-free). *You may bring in your own decorations for table tops, balloons, etc. *Our max group size is 35 individuals including children. If you have a group larger than 35, please contact us before booking. We offer a variety of add-ons such as extra play time, eco package (plates/cups/utensils), performers, balloons, cupcakes, and more. If you are interested in learning more about our add ons, please let us know on your booking form. Please Note the Following: -PILEA Play staff are fully vaccinated and may wear masks at their own discretion. -PILEA Play staff are not responsible for supervision of guests during your event. - Our playspace is designed for children ages 0-6, older children are always welcome as long as they can be mindful of the younger children. -PILEA is a shoes-free space for all visitors and grippy socks are strongly encouraged. -Please leave your stroller at home or in your car as we do not have space for them.

Cancelation Policy

For Open Plays, we are happy to refund 100% w/24 hours notice. Under 24 hours notice, we may be able to transfer your reservation to another day. For Private rentals, we can offer a full refund (minus our transaction fee 2.9%+$0.30) up to 4 weeks before your reservation. We can offer 50% refund up to 3 weeks before your reservation and 25% up to 2 weeks before your reservation. If your reservation is within 14 days and you need to cancel, we may be able to move your reservation to another day. For any cancellations or rescheduling, please email us at info@pileaplay.com
