Open ended play with opportunities to create, investigate and connect with one another in our beautiful environment inspired by connection with materials and each other. Things to Note About Our Private Rentals/Birthday Parties: *1-10 Children ($225) *10-20 Children ($325) * Includes 90 minutes rental (60 minutes of play and 30 minutes in our "party room" for snacks/treats/presents or however you chose to structure your event.) *You may arrive 15 minutes before your rental time and have a grace period of 15 minutes after your rental time to pack up and depart the space. *You may bring in outside food/cupcakes for private rentals with prior approval. *You may bring in your own decorations for table tops, balloons, etc. (No adhesives are allowed on the walls without prior approval.) Menu of Add Ons: -Extra Time: *15 minutes ($25) *30 minutes($60) *1 hour ($150) ECO Package: Did you know that the average birthday party creates 23 gallons of waste?!?! We want to help reduce party waste, while making your party a breeze! You use, we wash! -ECO Package: *Reusable plates, cups, and utensils for up to 20 guests (pink, blue, yellow, mint green, white, gray or any combination of these colors). -Sarah Bellum's Cupcakes: *$18 per dozen mini cupcakes, $1.60 per additional mini cupcake *$36 per dozen large cupcakes, $3 per additional large cupcake -Craft or Activity Prepared and Led by PILEA Play Staff (*Cost per child dependent on materials and prep time) -Performers: *Performers set their own rates per event; we are happy to provide you with a quote for the performer of your choice. You may also bring in a performer not on the list below with approval from PILEA Play staff: *Mr. Ben *Mr. Hoo *BJ the Clown (& Balloon Twisting) If you would like to add on any of the above, let us know on your booking form. Please Note the Following: -PILEA Play staff are fully vaccinated and will be masking during your event. - Our playspace is designed for children ages 0-6, older children are always welcome as long as they can be mindful of the younger children. -PILEA is a shoes-free space for all visitors and grippy socks are strongly encouraged. -Please leave your stroller at home or in your car as we do not have space for them.

Cancelation Policy

For Open Plays, we are happy to refund 100% w/24 hours notice. Under 24 hours notice, we may be able to transfer your reservation to another day. For Private rentals, we can offer a full refund (minus our transaction fee 2.9%+$0.30) up to 3 weeks before your reservation. We can offer 50% refund up to 2 weeks before your reservation and 25% up to 1 week before your reservation. If your reservation is within 7 days and you need to cancel, we may be able to move your reservation to another day.
