Service Description

Rent PILEA Play for your next summer playdate! PILEA Play is a curated early childhood space with opportunities to create, investigate and connect with one another in our beautiful environment inspired by community building, diversity and discovery. Pricing: $10 per child ($30 minimum) for the first hour. $5 per child to add extra time. You will be charged the minimum booking fee when you reserve the private play session. Any additional admissions will be charged at the door or via invoice. Members: May book private playdates for FREE. Member's guests will be charged at the door. We can accommodate up 10 children during your private playdate. If your group will be larger than 10 children, please email us at info@pileaplay.com before booking to see if we can accommodate your larger group. Please Note the Following: -Payment is required for all children participating in the private play. Infants need a ticket if they will play on the floor and play with/mouth materials. Infants in arms/being held are free with a paying child. - Our space is designed for children ages 0-6, older children are welcome as long as they can be mindful of younger children. -Supervision of children is the responsibility of their adult caregiver. PILEA Play staff are not responsible for supervision. -PILEA is a shoes-free space and socks are strongly encouraged. For younger children, you may want grippy socks. -Yes, we do have AC! -Please leave your stroller at home or in your car as we do not have space for them. -Our entrance is up one steep flight of stairs. -You may bring a small amount of food/beverages, please ensure your food is NUT FREE. Alcohol is not permitted. -You may not use private playdates for birthday parties. If you are celebrating a birthday, please book a Birthday Party Package so we can ensure that your celebration is a success!

Cancelation Policy

For Open Plays, we are happy to refund 100% w/24 hours notice. Under 24 hours notice, we may be able to transfer your reservation to another day. For Private rentals, we can offer a full refund (minus our transaction fee 2.9%+$0.30) up to 4 weeks before your reservation. We can offer 50% refund up to 3 weeks before your reservation and 25% up to 2 weeks before your reservation. If your reservation is within 14 days and you need to cancel, we may be able to move your reservation to another day. For any cancellations or rescheduling, please email us at info@pileaplay.com
